5 Ways to Celebrate Clean Beauty – More and more, consumers are focusing on ways to reduce the waste they create. And they are starting with their shopping. That means, when shopping for beauty products like shampoo, styling products and makeup, they are making better choices. We offer five ways to help Celebrate Clean Beauty in your life.

Follow the Leaders – Some brands are already leading the industry in Clean Beauty. Look for brands for the brands with clean beauty practices and that are committed to continuing the trend. One company is Fekkai, the founder of National Clean Beauty Day on June 4th.

Encourage Brand Commitment – We understand brand loyalty. Encourage your favorite brands to commit to reducing packaging and demand quality, good-for-you ingredients with environmentally friendly packaging. Our preferred brands should be driven to keep their customers happy and one way to do that is by becoming a sustainable company. Ask them to take it a step further and reduce the waste.

Use Sustainable Ingredients – Sustainable beauty also includes ingredients that can be replenished and harvested without lasting harm to the environment. Learn about the ingredients in the products you use. Ask the companies you prefer how their ingredients are obtained.

Educate Yourself – Learn more about your products’ production methods. Is the brand you use transparent about their methods? Are they willing to make changes?

Promote Clean Beauty – Share the names of your favorite Clean Beauty products. The more consumers who know about these products, the more savvy consumers there will be.

Clean Beauty isn’t a sacrifice. It’s a way of life that looks good on all of us. Enjoy the celebration on June 4th!
